HOW MIFIC 100 INJECTION WORKS

MIFIC 100 INJECTION has properties of immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects. It can work by any of the following mechanism such as inhibitory effect on activities of enzymes such as MMPs or iNOS; reduction in protein tyrosine nitration because of scavenging properties; inhibition of activation of caspase-1 and caspase 3; enhancement of Bcl-2-derived effects which protects the cells against apoptosis; inhibition of the activity of PARP-1; reduction in the amount of p38 MAPK phosphorylation. All these activities of minocycline help in fighting against various bacterial infections.
